There are two public beaches on Lake Norman for those looking to hang out for the day by land. No boats can be pulled up to these areas, they are strictly for swimming and non powered watersports. Enjoy time at Ramsy creek and its large park with playground and many other activities.

Many find Lake Norman State park a great way to spend a weekend with camping amenities, hiking and mountain bike trails along with a great beach.
